Week 3 review


Hello, liquiduso here for my week 3 review. Monday and Wednesday’s workouts went fine, I completed all my sets. Due to unforseen circumstances i was unable to do my Friday workout but i have just completed it today(saturday). 


My diet has been average this week, most meals have been healthy with the odd few unhealthy. Ive not been eating to well this week as there has been illness in the house.
