Week 5 weigh in


Hello liquiduso here on what should have been my monday weigh in, better late than never i suppose.  Starting weight and body fat: 115.1kg@25.5%

Anyway my reason im 2 days late in posting is that I go to stand on my scales on monday morning and the battery has gone, I managed to replace it and weigh myself on wednesday morning. Right on to it then, my caliper measurement was exactly the same as last week measuring at 20mm but my weight has come in at 111.2kg. Its only a 0.5kg loss this week but im still happy its a loss.

Start

115.1/100×25.5=29.4kg body fat weight

115.1-29.4=85.7kg non body fat weight

Week 1

113.4/100×25.5=28.9kg body fat weight

113.4-28.9=84.5kg non body fat weight

Week 2

113.6/100×24.5=27.8kg body fat weight

113.6-27.8=85.3kg non body fat weight

Week 3

112.6/100×23.4=26.3kg body fat weight

112.6-26.3=86.3kg non body fat weight

Week 4

111.7/100×22.1=24.7kg body fat weight

111.7-24.7=87.0kg non body fat weight

Week 5

111.2/100×22.1=24.6kg body fat weight
111.2-24.6=86.6kg non body fat weight
